QUALITY CONTROL
Ensuring Purity, Safety, and Compliance from Farm to Container
At EIC, quality control isn’t a step—it’s the foundation of everything we do.
Our commitment is backed by two integrated wings of inspection:

1) External control:
Our quality journey begins before the seeds are even planted:
First Pre-Planting Inspection: We select only the finest seeds and partner with farms that offer optimal soil conditions for growing herbs, spices, and legumes.
Second Post-Harvest Sampling: After harvesting, random product samples are tested in certified laboratories to ensure pesticide levels meet our strict safety standards. Only approved batches enter our facility.
2) Internal control:
Step 1: Each shipment from trusted farms is inspected and graded to assess initial plant quality.
Step 2: Products are processed using machines or manual labor, depending on the crop type.
Step 3: Quality checks are carried out throughout every production stage to ensure consistency and safety.
Step 4: Once production is complete, each batch undergoes grading and mesh size checks. We always aim to exceed client contract specifications.
Step 5: Continuous inspections are conducted during packaging and container loading. We also thoroughly inspect containers for damage or issues (e.g., holes, rust, broken flooring) and ensure optimal conditions before shipping.
